I'm a Catholic priest whose congregation fall in love with him! The song is one that I wrote in the late 70's during the punk era. It's called "Quangoes In The Shelter", about the Cold War and how civil servants would be the only ones to survive a nuclear holocaust.You can have a listen here at the very rough one take demo I did with some friends in 1979. Bottom of the page: http://www.bentinck.net/music/old.html When I tried to get a record deal with it, the producer said, memorably, "Tim, your education is standing in your way". The rather dodgy London accent probably didn't help. Some good lines though - "12 Megatons, town planning at a stroke, everything flattened by just one bloke".
